Congratulations on your successful internship application. We have compiled all frequently asked questions to help you plan your internship process at Most Idea efficiently.
General Process and Work Model
When does the internship start? Are the dates flexible?
Our internship programmes are not limited to a specific term. Internships can take place in autumn, spring and summer. Start and end dates are planned mutually based on your university's mandatory internship schedule, your availability and our company's operational capacity.
Mandatory durations such as 20 or 30 business days are determined according to the joint schedule.
Can the internship be done remotely or online?
No. There is no option for remote or online internship at Most Idea. Internship processes are carried out with physical, in-person attendance at our office.
Are transportation, meals, accommodation or salary provided to interns?
No. In accordance with our company procedures, financial or social benefits such as transportation, accommodation, meals or salary are not provided for interns.
Is attendance mandatory during the internship?
Yes, absolutely. Adherence to the designated internship days and hours is mandatory. The internship process of candidates who do not comply with the schedule or who are absent without permission or valid excuse may be terminated unilaterally.

Which software domains are worked on at your company?
Modern, large-scale projects are developed across web, backend, frontend and mobile platforms at Most Idea.

Can interns participate in active or real projects?
We value our interns gaining real-world experience. However, involvement in active projects depends on the candidate's technical aptitude, motivation, personal development and performance during the process.
Is technical mentoring provided during the internship?
We strive to guide our interns. However, technical mentoring does not follow a fixed curriculum. The mentoring process may vary depending on project intensity during the relevant period, the internal work plan and the availability of our specialists.
Do I need to bring my own laptop?
In-company equipment planning may vary according to periodic workload. Therefore, the computer/equipment matter should be clarified with Human Resources or the relevant company representative before the internship begins.

What documents do I need to submit after internship acceptance?
- 2 passport-style photographs
- Health report
- Criminal record certificate
- ID card photocopy
- Population register extract
- Residence certificate
- Student certificate or diploma
- Mandatory internship application form from your university
- SPAS eligibility document
By when must I submit my documents?
All documents must be submitted to our company completely at least 10 business days before the planned start date. The internship start of candidates who do not submit documents on time may be postponed or cancelled.
Can I intern for longer than my university's insurance coverage?
No. You can only legally intern within the date range and number of days covered by your university's insurance support. It is not possible to intern on days not covered by your university's insurance.
How should I submit the documents?
The document submission method will be shared with the candidate by the company representative before the internship begins. Incomplete, illegible or late documents may cause the internship start to be postponed.

Additional Rules and Expectations
Are confidentiality rules in effect during the internship?
Yes. Interns are obliged to comply with confidentiality rules regarding internal projects, client information, source codes, documents and operational information.
Will the school form or internship logbook be signed at the end?
The internship documents requested by the school for candidates who have completed the internship process may be evaluated by the company representative after attendance and process compliance are checked.
Is there a possibility of employment after the internship?
The internship process does not guarantee employment. However, candidates with strong technical development, motivation, communication and work discipline may be considered for future positions.
